Most GPS tracking companies hit the same ceiling. You have a few hundred or a few thousand vehicles under subscription.
Renewals are steady. But new revenue only comes from new vehicles, and the price per vehicle is under constant pressure from every new tracker importer in the market.
The way out is not more vehicles. It is a bigger product sold to the customers you already have.
A transport management system sits one layer above tracking. Where GPS answers “where is my vehicle,” a TMS answers “which vehicle should take which load, by which route, at what cost, and did it arrive on time.” That is a different budget, a different buyer inside the customer organisation, and typically three to ten times the subscription value per account.
This article is written for GPS companies, telematics resellers and hardware distributors considering a white label TMS, and explains what Fleeto provides.
You already have three assets a TMS vendor would pay for:
Installed hardware. A TMS is dramatically more valuable with live vehicle position, and you already own that data stream.
The customer relationship. You are already in the operations manager’s phone. A cold TMS vendor is not.
Credibility. You have been keeping their tracking running for years.
What you lack is the software. That is exactly what a white label TMS supplies.
The commercial logic is straightforward. A tracking subscription might be AED 40–90 per vehicle per month. A transport management subscription for a distribution company running deliveries, subcontracted carriers and multi-drop routes is priced against operational savings — fuel, overtime, failed deliveries, carrier overcharges — and sustains far higher per-account value.
Look through your account list for these profiles. They are already paying you for tracking and are ready for more:
Distribution and wholesale companies running multi-drop delivery from a depot.
Food and beverage distributors with time-window and cold chain obligations.
Courier and last-mile operators managing daily route assignment.
Building material and equipment suppliers with heavy vehicles and site deliveries.
Pharmaceutical distributors with compliance-grade temperature and delivery documentation.
Freight forwarders and 3PLs subcontracting to carriers and needing cost visibility.
Waste management and municipal service contractors with fixed-route operations.
School transport operators with route, roster and parent-communication needs.
Each of these customers is currently running operations on WhatsApp, printed run sheets and a spreadsheet. You already have the trust to replace that.
Live operations board giving dispatchers a single real-time view of vehicles, drivers, jobs and exceptions.
Multi-stop route assignment with sequenced drops.
Proof of delivery capture — signature, photograph, timestamp, geolocation.
Driver task assignment pushed to the mobile application.
The driver application is fully branded to you, works offline when coverage drops, and installs natively on Android and iOS. Drivers receive route instructions, confirm stops, capture proof of delivery and log costs.
For your customer, the driver app is the most visible part of the system — and it carries your brand, not the platform vendor’s.
AI Route Planner — optimises multi-stop routes against traffic conditions, vehicle type and vehicle availability.
Robotic Eye — a fleet and transport assistant your customers query in plain English or Arabic, returning immediate answers on fleet status, delivery performance, fuel spend and violations.
AI Doctor — predicts vehicle maintenance failures before they cause a missed delivery.
Load Optimiser AI, Carrier Rate Adviser, ETA Predictor and Freight Cost Analyser for transport-specific decisioning.
Route Optimiser AI, Delivery ETA Predictor, Customs Doc Preparer and Demand Surge Forecaster for logistics operations.
Expense tracking per vehicle, per trip and per route.
Branded invoice generation for your customer’s own clients.
Exports to QuickBooks, Zoho and Xero.
Salik and Darb toll detection automatically derived from GPS, eliminating manual toll reconciliation — a substantial monthly admin saving for any UAE distribution fleet.
A TMS without solid telematics is a scheduling tool. Fleeto’s TMS sits on the full tracking platform:
Live map tracking (Leaflet or Google Maps), trip playback at 1x, 2x, 3x and 5x, geofencing with polygon, circle and corridor shapes, group-based vehicle organisation, per-vehicle mini dashboards, route history by date range, and concurrent operation at 2,000+ vehicles.
Notifications configurable per vehicle or fleet-wide on speed threshold, idle time, crash and harsh driving events, fuel level, temperature and ignition, plus geofence entry, exit and pass, delivered by in-system alert, SMS and email to up to five recipients.
Fuel management with consumption analytics, BLE fuel sensor support and theft detection. Maintenance with service scheduling, OBD diagnostics and vehicle health monitoring. Driver behaviour scorecards with harsh braking, acceleration and cornering, trip itinerary detail and Arabic driver reporting. Cargo and cold chain monitoring through BLE temperature and humidity sensors for reefer, food and pharmaceutical operations.
Fleeto is installed and configured on your own server infrastructure under a fixed annual licence fee granting you the right to use the platform. Data stays on your hardware in your jurisdiction — necessary for government, utility, defence and banking contracts with data residency clauses.
To be clear: this is a licence to use the platform, not a transfer of source code. Royex retains and maintains the codebase and provides updates, security patches and new modules under your maintenance agreement.
Because the fee is fixed rather than per unit, your marginal software cost per additional customer approaches zero as you scale — which is precisely what allows you to price aggressively against per-seat TMS vendors.
No setup cost. No minimum commitment. Fully branded platform and branded mobile applications included. You pay per vehicle per month on a wholesale rate and set your own retail price.
This is how most partners launch a TMS line: pick three existing tracking customers, upsell them, prove the margin, then scale. Nothing is at risk because you pay only for vehicles you have sold.
Fleeto’s three-tier structure means you run your own business without vendor involvement. Super Admin holds full platform control, billing plan configuration and dealer creation. Dealer/Reseller — your account — creates and manages end-customer accounts, handles billing and payments, blocks and unblocks customers, and assigns rights. End Customer manages their own fleet, drivers, orders, routes and reporting. Rights inherit downward and never exceed the parent.
You onboard, provision, suspend and invoice your own TMS customers directly.
Fleeto supports multiple branded IoT and GPS device families, integrated at protocol level — including Teltonika FMB and FMC series over Codec 8 and Codec 8E via TCP/UDP, plus BLE sensor ecosystems for fuel, temperature and humidity. New device brands and models are integrated on request, to your requirements.
Your existing installed base becomes TMS-capable without replacing hardware. That is the fastest upsell in the industry: same device, new subscription tier.
TMS requirements differ sharply by vertical. A school transport operator needs rosters and guardian notifications. A waste contractor needs fixed-route completion verification. A pharmaceutical distributor needs compliance-grade temperature documentation. A freight forwarder needs carrier rate comparison.
Royex undertakes customisation and modification of Fleeto to client requirement — bespoke reports, additional modules, vertical-specific workflows, third-party and ERP integrations, and new device support. Licensing from a software development company means the platform can follow the opportunity you find in your own market.
Segment your existing base. Identify accounts with more than fifteen vehicles doing multi-drop delivery. These convert fastest.
Pilot with three friendly customers on the hosted per-vehicle model. Zero capital risk.
Price on savings, not on features. Quantify fuel, overtime, failed deliveries and toll admin. Price at a fraction of the saving.
Lead with the branded driver app. It is what the customer’s staff will actually touch, and it makes the platform feel like yours.
Add one vertical module once you see repeat demand, via Royex customisation.
Move to self-hosted licensing when your subscriber volume makes a fixed annual fee cheaper than per-vehicle billing.
What is a white label transport management system? A complete TMS — dispatch, multi-stop routing, proof of delivery, cost tracking and reporting — licensed to a GPS company or reseller and presented entirely under their brand, on their domain, with their own branded mobile applications, so the end customer never sees the original developer.
How is a TMS different from GPS tracking? GPS tracking reports vehicle position and behaviour. A TMS plans and manages the work: which vehicle takes which load, on which route, in what sequence, at what cost, with delivery confirmation. It is a larger budget line and a different buyer inside the customer.
Can I sell TMS to my existing GPS tracking customers? That is the fastest path. Your existing installed hardware feeds the TMS, so the upsell requires no new devices — only a higher subscription tier and a short onboarding.
Do I get source code with Fleeto TMS? No. Fleeto is licensed as a right to use the platform, either self-hosted on your server under an annual licence fee or on the Royex-hosted per-vehicle-per-month plan. Royex maintains the codebase and delivers updates.
Is there a setup cost? Not on the hosted model — no setup cost and no minimum commitment. Self-hosted deployment carries an annual licence fee.
Does the driver app carry my brand? Yes. The driver application is branded to you, installs natively on Android and iOS, and works offline when connectivity drops.
Can it handle cold chain and pharmaceutical deliveries? Yes — BLE temperature and humidity sensor support with monitoring and alerting, suitable for reefer, food distribution and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
Can Fleeto be adapted for a specific vertical such as school transport or waste collection? Yes. Royex provides customisation and modification, including new modules and vertical-specific workflows.
