Fleeto (“we”, “our”), operated by Royex Technologies, provides a white-label fleet management platform. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Data we process

Telematics data (location, speed, ignition, sensor readings) from devices you register, plus account information for your users. As a white-label platform, each dealer and company is fully isolated.

How we use it

• To provide live tracking, reporting, alerts and analytics.
• To maintain security, audit logs and access control.
• To support and improve the service.

Retention

Raw GPS data is retained for one year; aggregated reporting data is retained per your subscription. Super Admins may request manual purge.
