Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Fleeto platform provided by Royex Technologies. By using the service you agree to them.

Deployment models

Fleeto is offered as a fully-managed cloud service (billed per active vehicle per month) or as a self-hosted on-premise licence (one-off setup plus annual licensing). Specific commercial terms are set out in your order.

Acceptable use

• You are responsible for the devices and data you register.
• You will not resell access outside your agreed dealer/company structure.
• You will comply with applicable UAE/GCC regulations.

Availability

The managed cloud carries a 99% uptime guarantee. On-premise availability is the client’s responsibility.
